Patented Waste Oil Burners

INOV8's burners range in size from 100,000 BTU/H to 1.2 Million BTU/H. The patented design provides unequaled safety, reliability and the cleanest emissions in the industry. This is accomplished by the unique preheating system that circulates the oil around the heater at a very high velocity. That allows the oil to be heated to a higher temperature and is then run through the second filter. The vapor eliminator combined with the needle that penetrates the nozzle opening upon every shutdown also contribute to complete combustion resulting in clean burning.

Waste Oil Fueled Evaporators

Eliminate wastewater disposal costs along with your waste oils. Evaporators are used to separate liquids having different specific gravities, to remove water from solutions to concentrate the remaining components for reduction of disposal costs, and to remove moisture and precipitate out of solids. Evaporators come in four sizes: Model EV1015 evaporating 10-15GPH, EV2030 evaporating 20-30GPH, EV4045 evaporating 40-45GPH and model EV5060 evaporating up to 60GPH. Waste Vegetable Oil Water Heater
