Solar Row - Sustainable Living
Solar Row is a 13-home, contemporary urban row house project being built in North Boulder by Boulder-based Wonderland Hill Development Company. This will be the first "net zero energy ready" solar row home development in Boulder.
Solar Row will utilize renewable energy sources, mainly the sun, efficient and carefully planned construction and design to create a home that uses and generates its own energy. Solar Row homes are upscale, loft-style units with soaring ceilings, high-end finishes and healthier indoor air quality. Solar Row places an intentional focus on utilizing recycled and readily renewable materials such as the standard bamboo floors and recycled pop bottle carpeting.
